The Service
TripPaw is an AI-powered trip planning tool that generates day-by-day travel itineraries. The service is provided as-is and is free to use.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use TripPaw. You must create an account to use TripPaw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the service, scrape or bulk-download content from the service, or create accounts through automated means.
AI-Generated Content
Trip itineraries are generated by AI and are suggestions only. TripPaw does not guarantee the accuracy of opening hours, business status, travel times, or other information. Always verify important details independently. Places may close, move, or change without notice.
Intellectual Property
The TripPaw service, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. Trip content you create belongs to you. By making a trip public, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
Sharing and Collaboration
When you share a trip or invite collaborators, you control the access level. You are responsible for who you share your trips with. Editors can modify your trip content.
Limitation of Liability
TripPaw is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on AI-generated itineraries, or any issues encountered during your travels. Use TripPaw as a planning aid, not as a sole source of travel information.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
